Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms

All sales are Cash Only, due in full at the time of order or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, certified check, or approved digital payments. No materials or services will be rendered without full payment.

2. Prices and Quotes

All quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change due to market conditions, availability, or delivery location.

3. Delivery & Access

Customer must ensure that delivery locations are accessible and safe.

All customers are responsible for the ground conditions and any area they request our trucks to enter. If a truck becomes stuck due to poor site conditions, the customer is responsible for all towing costs, downtime charges, and any damage or repairs required due to the incident.

4. Return Policy

All sales are final. No returns or refunds on custom orders, bulk materials, or delivered goods. Please verify your order before confirming.

5. Liability

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen conditions. Our liability is limited to the value of the product or service provided. We are not liable for any consequential damages.

6. Product Use

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the suitability of materials for their intended use. We make no guarantees beyond the specifications provided at time of sale.

7. Ownership

All materials remain the property of the seller until full payment is received and cleared.

8. Disputes

Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery. All claims will be addressed in good faith and in accordance with our internal review procedures.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the sale or service was completed.​
